About Ben
Ben Kalter is a Director Investments with Marcus and Millichap. He specializes in multifamily investment sales and business development for private clients throughout the San Antonio MSA and surrounding Secondary Markets.
Ben joined the firm in 2020 and started his career in Dallas where he focused on multifamily investment sales west of Dallas/Fort Worth. In 2022, Ben moved to San Antonio and became business partners with Drew Garza and the IPA team. Throughout Ben’s career, he has facilitated over 25 multifamily property and land transactions in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Mr. Kalter is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of The South where he earned a degree in Economics with a minor in Business Management. He was on the golf team in college and still plays competitively and for fun.
Ben and his wife Haley, reside in San Antonio. They are active in St. Luke Episcopal Church and enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
