Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 10:40am PT

The notice must meet all legal requirements to successfully evict a tenant as it is the foundation of any unlawful detainer. Any mistake on the notice may be fatal to your lawsuit.

You will learn:

  • What should be listed on your notice
  • Attachments for VAWA
  • What defects we have encountered due to software
  • Common service mistakes
  • Local requirements
  • Lingering CARES Act

This session is part of the AAOA Rental Housing Conference. If you register, you will receive access to ALL 8 educational sessions.
