Brian is a seasoned Bemidji Commercial Realtor with over 25 years of real estate investment experience, helping clients navigate commercial real estate opportunities across Fargo, North Dakota, and Minnesota. He lives in West Fargo with his wife, Kate, and their four energetic sons: Brooks, Brody, Brock, and Briggs. Brian balances his professional work with faith, family, and active involvement in the community.
His journey into real estate began on his family’s grain and cattle farm in Argyle, Minnesota, where he developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for small business. Farm life taught him perseverance, practical problem-solving, and financial discipline, while also giving him firsthand insight into land use, property value, and market dynamics. These principles continue to shape his approach to commercial real estate today.
After graduating from North Dakota State University, Brian began investing in real estate in 2000, starting with single-family homes and small multifamily properties in Fargo. Over time, he expanded into larger and more diversified assets including multifamily, single-tenant industrial, and retail properties located throughout the Midwest and Sunbelt states.
