Prior to joining Berkadia in December 2021, he was a Senior Director at JLL. Prior to JLL, he worked in property management operations with Archstone. During his career, Mr. Dunn has been involved in more than $4 billion of transactions and has professionally managed a portfolio of apartments valued at more than $500 million.
