Spencer serves as Managing Director for ALIVE, where he specializes in multifamily investment sales, financing, research, 1031-exchanges and advisory services throughout Northern California. During his brokerage career, Spencer has successfully closed more than $400,000,000 in aggregate transactional value, representing a wide range of investors including high net worth private clients, syndicators, developers and institutional capital throughout the United States.
Prior to joining ALIVE, Spencer was an executive at a publicly traded commercial real estate investment sales brokerage company where he oversaw over 100 sales professionals and staff. During his tenure, his office closed over 1,000 sale and financing transactions translating to $4.3 billion in value across a wide variety of product types. His strategic direction for the regions operations and service as an active advisor resulted in significant revenue growth year-over-year.
Spencer received a bachelor’s degree in project management and minor in marketing from California State University, Chico, where he was a scholarship recipient and captain of the Men’s Basketball Team. Spencer and his wife Aimee have two daughters, Kinsley and Logan. In their free time, they love to spend time with family, friends and enjoy all the outdoor activities that Northern California has to offer.
