About Destiny
As a San Diego native, Destiny Roxas takes great pride in serving her community, bringing her years of education, insight, and first hand experience in real estate to the negotiation table. She helps guide buyers, sellers, and investors in developing their real estate portfolios, a passion of hers that she finds both fundamental and fulfilling.
She attended San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts, and gradually made the move from working in museums to working in real estate. As a former Loan Officer turned Realtor, Destiny has a deeper understanding of the many moving parts within a real estate transaction. She is committed to serving her clients, who typically become close friends, and building strong, supportive relationships is one of her many skill sets. Compassion, communication, and strategic planning are staples within her business.
She served on the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America San Diego (AREAA) in 2021, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals La Jolla (NAHREP) in 2020. In both roles she helmed Marketing, educating and empowering marginalized communities on the path to homeownership. Destiny also holds her Military Relocation Professional Certification, which is the only military certification program recognized and conferred by the National Association of REALTORS. This enables her to help military service professionals find housing solutions that best meet their needs and allow them to take advantage of their benefits.
Destiny remains active in local philanthropic activities, including Meals on Wheels and PATH’s Urban Angels, and when you don’t find her working or volunteering, she can be found spending quality time with family.

”Destiny is truly an amazing real estate agent. My finace and I were looking for homes in San Diego while still residing in the Bay Area. While this can be tricky to accomplish, Destiny took it head on with our first Zoom meetup. She needed to know our budget even aside from what we prequalified for and what we needed in a home (bedrooms, kitchen space, etc.). Not only did she immediately took it head on, she was extremely professional with open communication. We were able to make it down to visit homes a few weekends after our initial conversations and although we couldn't get a home that weekend, she was determined to find one for us even if that mean't having to FaceTime. Sure enough, the following weekend was a success with a beautiful open floor townhome in a great family-orientated neighborhood. And we have been extremely happy ever since. ”We recently visited San Diego and immediately fell in love with it, particularly the Hillcrest area. We decided we'd like to own a condo in the area, and started our search. Destiny was the realtor who showed us the first place we found and she was so pleasant and helpful that we simply moved forward with her as our agent during our search.
