C. At least 1 of the following 3 items for each property (Dated within the last 12 months and lists owners name):
- County Tax Assessor’s Bill – or-
- Escrow Statement – or-
- Closing Statement
D. At least 2 of the following 6 items for each property (Dated within the last 12 months and lists owners name):
- Deed – and/or –
- Public Record Verification – and/or –
- Property Insurance – and/or –
- Utility Bill – and/or –

E. IF SMALL PRIVATE COMPANY: At least 1 of the following 4 items
