What is a HUD Lead Poisoning Prevention Pamphlet ?
HUD, the Housing and Urban Development, created a pamphlet to assist landlords, owners, buyers, renters, sellers, and renovators to protect themselves from any lead that may be found in a home. Prior to 1978, homes and apartment buildings contained paint with high levels of lead, sometimes referred to as lead-based paint.
