Is online rent collection available today?
Not yet. AAOA is evaluating member interest and may invite a small group of landlords to participate in an early pilot.
Would AAOA hold rent funds?
No. The intended model is for rent to be paid directly to the landlord’s payment account. AAOA would not hold rent funds.
Can tenants pay by ACH or card?
That is what we are evaluating. Payment options may vary based on setup, location, and applicable rules.
Are there monthly fees?
We are evaluating a no-monthly-fee model for members. Final pricing has not been launched.
Can I use this with just one tenant?
That is the goal for the pilot. We want the first version to be simple enough for small landlords to test with one tenant.
