MagicPlan measures the size of a room, draws the floor plan and creates a DXF file, PDF document, JPEG images and a web site with an interactive floor plan.
This allows you to provide the plan to a prospective tenant, allows the tenant to confirm furniture placement, and can be a useful tool in developing a property checklist for inspections.
The tool is also handy for landlords who must register a floor plan with their city building department to get a rental license.
